Letter from the Chair
Dear Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Members:
Welcome to “ICLC,” a group of almost 3,000 coverage attorneys from across the United States, Canada, and other countries.
Not only do we span the nation and the globe, but our members work in all aspects of coverage law: We are policyholder
advocates, insurance company inside and outside counsel, and corporate counsel. We are also interpersonally diverse,
bringing our own individual experiences to the Committee’s work.
We urge you to become an active member of ICLC by participating in and/or contributing to our publications, seminars, and meetings. Our listserve will keep you advised of our activities and we welcome volunteerism!
Our Committee’s centerpiece and best networking opportunity is our Mid-Year Program which will take place in Phoenix at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa on February 24-26, 2011. So, mark your calendars and come meet us!

However, if you are not a Section member, you must join the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section first.
