LAW PRACTICE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Welcome to the Law Practice Management Committee.

This is my second year as Chair of the committee and we are looking forward to a very productive year. We intend to increase our focus on membership benefits for our Committee members.

Randi Whitehead is our Chair-Elect; she will become Chair at this year's annual meeting in San Francisco. I will remain a very active member of the Committee and assist Randi in developing and implementing additional member benefits.

One of our goals is to generate more participation from our Committee members. We would like to include more Committee members as authors for our newsletter and e-blasts. The e-blast is a new concept for our Committee. The e-blast will be distributed to Committee members on a regular basis and contain useful, practical tips regarding law firm management and individual practice management. We also plan to continue our newsletter including relevant information through timely articles that can be used as management tools in your firm or in your individual practice.

We are in the process of developing teleseminars which will include cutting edge information regarding issues facing law firms. The teleseminars will include experienced faculty who have developed and implemented effective strategies for success. All teleseminars will include written material that you can use to implement change in your firm.
